Maintenance and Repairs

Megan Thorne Fine Jewels is committed to quality and is happy to assist clients with lifetime repairs for any item purchased from our physical or online store due to accidental damage or normal wear and tear.  We guarantee free repair service for manufacturing defects for one year from the date of purchase. If you purchased your item from one of our retail partners, please contact them directly to facilitate your repair.

Jewelry requires maintenance and care. Metal finishes change over time creating a unique patina special to your piece, a process we love, however in most cases matte and polished finishes can easily be restored at our studio. Please clean your jewelry with a soft cloth after wear and store diamonds and gemstones separately in your jewelry box. Stones may loosen with daily wear. We do not charge for metal refinishing, deep cleaning, and stone tightening check-ups, and encourage clients to have their pieces serviced with us once a year. Please contact us to coordinate jewelry servicing. Client is responsible for shipping costs.

Please note that service or modification to a piece by a jeweler outside of our studio may void any guarantee.
