For in stock items, please allow 24-48 hours for processing. You will receive a tracking number upon shipment. If you have a specific requirement for delivery or desire rush shipment, please contact us and we will do our best to accommodate your needs. Please note that delivery will be signature required for items over $500.

For special order items, please allow approximately 4 weeks for production.

We offer to refund the purchase price of an item less any shipping expenses if contacted within 7 days of an online purchase from In some cases a small restocking fee may be deducted from the refund. Exchanges or store credit are also available, please contact us to discuss options. All items must be new and promptly returned in the original packaging. Client is responsible for return shipping costs.

If you purchased your item from one of our retail partners, please note that each store has its own policy and you will need to contact them directly to discuss your return.


Special orders are made just for you. For this reason, we cannot accept cancellations on orders in process, so reach out with any changes, modifications, or concerns as soon as possible. We do not accept returns or exchanges on custom, resized, modified, or special-order jewelry.
